Sales Assistant
in the Phoenix, AZ area. The candidate will be working with Sales Manager on any sales-admin/customer service tasks assigned.

Sales Assistant
Type:
Full-Time, Temp-to-hire
Work Hours:
8am-5pm (Monday-Friday) - 1hr lunch
Pay:
$20-22/hr.
Location:
Phoenix, AZ 85008
Responsibilities:
Work with Sales Manager and answer all inbound calls Follow up with past customers and assist with reordering. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Communicate with Procurements or Logistics team directly to ensure customer satisfactions Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly. Navigate negotiations and close sales across language barriers. Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed. Provide sales operations and administrative support.
Requirement:
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin OR Spanish is a PLUS 3+ years of B2B sales experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated success in driving sales through persuasive communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure unified customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge in both languages. Contribute to the development of bilingual sales materials for broader outreach. Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using functions) Organizational and time-management skills Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
