Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM + field/client visits We’re looking for a driven sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in service-based sales. Experience in fire alarm or fire sprinkler systems is required—having both is a major plus. Responsibilities
Build and grow client relationships with property managers, contractors, and building owners Estimate, bid, and close service and new construction opportunities Conduct site visits and create tailored proposals Hit and exceed sales goals Qualifications
5+ years of successful service sales experience Strong prospecting, estimating, and deal-closing skills Independent, self-motivated, and confident communicator Salesforce or similar CRM experience Bonus skills: clean agent systems, pre-action systems, Stat-X, new construction bidding (extra compensation available) Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
