About The Job The Wholesale Sales Representative sells beautiful, functional products into stylish retail stores. This is the first sales hire, a great opportunity to help launch an inside sales team. You'll sell high-end home decor and quality gifts from our two newest brands, Galaxy Home and Artique Goods. This position is full time, in person, at our office in Cool Springs (Franklin), reporting to the Chief Operations Officer and working closely with the Marketing Team. Key Responsibilities: SIGN NEW RETAIL PARTNERS: Contact, nurture and close new independent retailers, selling them on testing and carrying our best-selling products. Retailer examples: home decor boutiques, gift shops and coffee shops. Our retail partners are friendly and our products are in high demand which creates a friendly sales process. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Work with existing retail partners to help merchandise our products, soliciting reorders and ensuring we’re a great partner. TRADE SHOWS: Travel to industry trade shows (estimated 3 trade shows per year), hosting branded booths to get new wholesale leads. Product Categories: HOME DECOR: Targeting trendy home boutiques and furniture stores, you'll sell Galaxy Home's new products, including high end bedding, bathroom linens, living room decor and playroom furniture. GIFTS: Targeting boutiques and coffee shops, you'll sell Artique Goods' new products, including scented candles, elevated journals and jewelry. Qualifications: 2+ years in wholesale, software or medical sales with a mix of cold outreach and closing experience. Must be available to work in person (Cool Springs - Franklin, TN) 5 days per week. Annual compensation range $90,000 - $120,000 including base salary and performance bonus. Medical, Dental, Disability and Life Insurance benefits. Company holidays, paid time off and sick days.
