Service BDC Representative – The Harr Motor Group
Join us as a Service Department Business Development Center (BDC) staff member. You will be the initial contact for customers who want to schedule an appointment or ask questions about our dealership's Service Department.
Base pay range $17.00/hr - $25.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Promptly and courteously answer all phone calls using the prescribed word tracks
Identify all customer needs for the visit before offering an appointment time
Record customer information accurately in CRM
