$17.00/hr - $25.00/hr What You’ll Do
Be the first point of contact for sales & service inquiries Answer inbound calls and emails with professionalism and enthusiasm Respond to internet leads and schedule appointments Collaborate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM system You’ll be trained to confidently handle high-volume outreach and maximize customer connections—no cold calling required What We’re Looking For
Fluency in English required; bilingual ability (especially Spanish) is a plus Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Prior customer service experience and a passion for helping people (Willing to train the right candidate) Calm, professional demeanor under pressure CRM experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right candidate Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed About Harr Motor Group
