Retail Floor Associate (Part‑Time)

and help customers find the items they need.
Base Pay Range $16.00/hr – $16.00/hr
Responsibilities
Lift heavy cartons from the floor to overhead racks.
Stock all warehouse, drop ship, and back‑stock inventory.
Front and face merchandise on shelves as directed by the manager.
Read and explain directions for unfamiliar products.
Customer Service
Customer service is the top priority at all times.
Greet each customer with a smile and ask, “What can I help you find today?”
Walk the customer through all product categories.
Ensure the customer has everything they need for their project.
Minimum Requirements
Vast knowledge of hardware related products and home projects is a plus.
1–3 years retail experience is a plus.
Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical requirements:
Use a scanner, Point of Sale and computer keyboard for all transactions.
See and read product labels, dispense product knowledge, and communicate with customers.
Manual dexterity; work with cash registers, computers, assemble small products, and make change.
Stand for an extended period of time.
Bend, climb, twist, retrieve, stock, and move product.
Lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
