The Outside Sales Representative will sell test & inspection and monitoring services offered by the company to current and new clientele. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients. Duties may include identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Outside Sales Representatives may also recommend marketing strategies designed for a target market.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
Focus on new business generation.
Prospect, perform cold outreach, network, and develop territory.
Focus on our Test & Inspect and Monitoring services.
Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolve any issues that may arise post-sale.
Education / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field, OR
At least one year of sales/customer experience required.
Resilience and persistence with rejection.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Competitive, self‑driven, thrives on achieving stretch goals.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to travel.
