We are looking for a dedicated
Merchandising Sales Associate
to join our team at Tractor Supply Company. In this role, you will be responsible for executing planograms, signage, price changes, physical inventories, and supporting merchandise and fixture assembly, all while providing excellent customer service to ensure a Legendary Customer Experience. Key Responsibilities include: Maintaining visual merchandise standards and store layout initiatives. Performing accurate inventory counts and cycle counts. Completing price changes and hanging signage accurately and timely. Assembling merchandise and fixtures. Delivering exceptional customer service following the GURA model: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value & Appreciate. Qualifications: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements: Indoor and outdoor work environments with moderate noise levels. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle merchandise weighing up to 2,000 pounds with equipment. Frequent standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders.
