Overall Job Summary: The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to complete tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include maintaining attendance, working varied hours, completing planograms and resets, maintaining visual standards, performing measurements, completing store layout initiatives, cycle counts, signage hanging, assembling merchandise, and delivering excellent customer service through GURA principles. Required Qualifications
include prior retail or merchandising experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read, write, and count. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Working Conditions
involve indoor and outdoor environments, travel between stores, and physical activity such as lifting, standing, and operating equipment. The role requires physical stamina and safe handling of merchandise. Physical Requirements
include ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, operate store equipment, and move throughout the store efficiently.
