This position involves traveling within an assigned district to perform various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role requires interaction with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include maintaining attendance, completing planograms and resets, maintaining visual standards, performing measurements, completing store layout initiatives, cycle counts, signage hanging, merchandise assembly, and delivering excellent customer service following the GURA model: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value. Qualifications
include prior retail or merchandising experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to read, write, and count. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred, along with strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. Working Conditions
involve indoor and outdoor work, travel between store locations, and physical activity such as lifting, standing, and operating equipment. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds. Additional Information
