Overall Job Summary: The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain attendance, work varied hours, communicate proactively with supervisors, complete planograms and resets accurately, maintain visual standards, perform store measurements, complete layout initiatives, conduct cycle counts, hang signage, assemble merchandise, and deliver excellent customer service following GURA principles.
Required Qualifications:
Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding. Strong communication, problem-solving, basic computer skills, and interpersonal skills. Self-directed with minimal assistance needed.
Working Conditions:
Mostly indoor, moderate noise, shifts vary, travel required using personal vehicle, promote safety, and work on hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to travel, lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds, stand, kneel, reach overhead, operate store equipment, and communicate effectively. Ability to handle contact with birds/poultry and complete training. Must be physically capable of moving throughout the store and outdoor areas safely.
