As a Client Account Representative, you’ll be the face of the brands we represent—building customer relationships, setting up new accounts, and helping expand client reach at a local level.

Key Responsibilities

Engage directly with prospective customers

Promote and represent client products and services

Assist with new account creation and data collection

Maintain and resolve issues with existing customer accounts

Monitor and report on sales goals and daily performance

Take part in team training, strategy meetings, and development workshops

Qualifications

Strong people skills and a team-oriented mindset

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow

Comfortable working in a performance-based environment

High school diploma or equivalent required (some college or degree preferred)

Previous customer service or sales experience
