We have built an AI‑powered platform that customers describe as an event marketer’s dream.
We’re looking for a driven and resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a proven track record in cold calling. In this role, your primary focus will be high-volume outbound calling to generate qualified leads and pre-book meetings across a book of business spanning several industries. While there may be additional prospecting channels, your day-to-day will center on phone outreach—building relationships, uncovering needs, and driving top‑of‑the‑funnel pipeline. We are looking to hire SDRs based either in NYC or Las Vegas.
Key Responsibilities
Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to targeted prospects.
Engage prospects in consultative conversations to uncover challenges and opportunities across a book of business spanning several industries.
Pre-book meetings for upcoming events across assigned accounts.
Capture, track, and manage leads using a parallel dialer, and other prospecting tools.
Qualifications
1–2 years of proven success in a cold calling SDR or inside sales role.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting‑setting targets.
Strong phone presence and communication skills; comfortable engaging senior stakeholders over the phone.
Ability to effectively handle objections and maintain productive conversations.
Resilient, self‑motivated, and comfortable handling rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
Highly organized and able to manage a large volume of outreach in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience using power dialers, parallel dialers and other calling specific tech.
