We are looking for a competent Sales Development Representative to join our energetic team, one who is passionate about learning, growth and tech. SDR Career growth
The SDR program at Intaker is designed to advance junior SDRs within 12-18 months, including three promotions every 4-6 months; promotions include higher compensation, additional responsibilities, and higher quotas. Promotion requirements: exceed the quota and help peers exceed theirs. First 7 days: Get to know the product suite and understand sales operations. First 30 days: Master lead qualification methods and respond to objections. First 60 days: Receive more coaching and ramp up to your quota. First 90 days: Learn to unlearn and start coaching other juniors. SDR Responsibilities
Multi-channel outbound outreach to 80+ prospects per day Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities/meetings set Train junior SDRs after a few months of joining Constantly raise the bar and improve performance Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or a related field Minimum 1 year of experience in sales development, preferably in SaaS Dependability, strong work ethic, and desire to succeed Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation and Benefits
Estimated total earnings: ~$67,000 Bonus: Up to 10% of base, TBD in December each year Healthcare benefits: Health, dental and vision plans Retirement: 401(k) plan with up to 4% match More Perks
