We build innovative software tools for law firms to automate their client intake. We are looking for a competent sales development representative to join our energetic team, one who is passionate about learning, growth and tech.

SDR career growth at Intaker

The SDR program at Intaker is designed to take junior SDRs’ careers to the next level within 12‑18 months of joining. The growth plan includes three promotions every 4‑6 months before graduating from SDR to account executive. SDR promotions include raising compensation, creating new responsibilities, and increasing quotas. The promotion requirements are simple: exceed the quota and help your peers exceed theirs.

First 7 days: know the product suite and understand the sales ops.

First 30 days: master lead qualification methods and respond to advanced objections.

First 60 days: more coaching and ramp up to your quota.

First 90 days: learn to unlearn and start coaching other juniors.

SDR responsibilities

Multi‑channel cold outreach to at least 80+ prospects a day.

Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in our CRM.

Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities / meetings set.

Train junior SDRs after a few months of joining.

Constantly raise the bar and improve performance.

Minimum qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, communication or a related field.

No formal sales experience is required for this role.

Prior work experience that demonstrates dependability, work ethic, and a strong desire to succeed.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay and benefits

Estimated total earnings: ~$63,000.

Bonus: up to 10% of base, TBD in December every year.
