Compensation: Up to $30.00 per hour plus commissions, incentives, and employee benefits.
About the Role Your Wireless is a Verizon Authorized Retailer, growing in 2024. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will provide an amazing customer experience by educating customers about Verizon products and guiding them through the buying process.

Responsibilities
Create the ideal customer experience for each customer, every day.
Assist new and existing customers throughout the sales process.
Educate customers on all Verizon products and services.
Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards.
Handle all customer situations as trained to completely satisfy customers’ needs.
Assist store and assistant manager with assigned tasks.
Complete all required training.
Set an example of personal and professional conduct.
Develop professional skills for future career advancement.
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in a similar retail role, preferably Verizon Wireless or other wireless business.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles.
Enthusiasm for retail, wireless technology, and customer service.
Ability to travel to various locations as needed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with a flexible schedule.
Must be 18 years of age or older and provide proof of US work eligibility.
Must be willing to submit to a background check.
