Sales Development Representative
Pinellas Park, FL | $50,000 Base + Uncapped Monthly Commission
OTE: $80,000 - $90,000 first year

The Opportunity Our client is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to support its Field Sales team and accelerate customer acquisition. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career at the intersection of healthcare and technology within a fast‑growing organization.
As an SDR, you will generate qualified appointments for Field Sales and educate healthcare practices on modern digital payment solutions. While you will not be responsible for closing business, your performance will directly impact revenue growth and overall sales success.
You will be equipped with best‑in‑class tools including a robust CRM database, marketing automation resources, analytics, and comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily high‑volume outbound prospecting calls to medical and dental practices nationwide to secure qualified meetings for field sales partners
Nurture prospects by leveraging marketing collateral and web material to grow interest
Clearly communicate the value of digital payment and revenue solutions to decision makers
Collaborate with your field partner and department management to fine‑tune outreach strategy in order to improve sales and conversion rates
Track and manage performance metrics including call volume, appointments set, and quality standards to enhance the team’s ability to close business
Nurture prospects using marketing campaigns and educational materials
Qualifications
1+ years of phone‑based sales or prospecting experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage daily productivity and high call volume
Experience with CRM and sales automation tools (Salesforce preferred)
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment
Healthcare, financial services, or technology sales experience is a plus
