Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our high‑performing inside sales team. This full‑time role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission, along with full benefits.
Job Location Charleston, South Carolina Metropolitan Area • Salary: $60,000 – $100,000 per year
Responsibilities
Perform all phases of the sales cycle: overcome gatekeepers, qualify decision‑makers, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales.
Engage in high outbound call volume, using consultative, persuasive communication skills.
Deliver virtual product demonstrations and adapt the value proposition to executive decision‑makers.
Manage multiple selling situations concurrently, maintaining organization and strategic thinking.
Qualifications
B2B sales experience, including cold calling and virtual product demos.
Experience working under quota pressure and demonstrating value to executive decision‑makers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ambitious, outgoing, self‑motivated, positive, organized, a good listener, strategic thinker, and persuasive.
Introductory and ongoing training provided.
