Working with leadership to develop sales strategies that support company goals Researching and qualifying new B2B prospects through outbound calls and emails Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records Coordinating and confirming product orders with customers Providing support to the outside sales team to nurture client relationships Handling B2C inquiries, including order entry via phone and email Partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance customer experience Sharing insights and feedback to drive overall sales performance Managing the full order-to-cash cycle to ensure successful fulfillment and collections Requirements and Qualifications
3+ years of B2B sales experience Background in technical sales or consumer electronics (motion component industry a bonus) Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong customer service mindset with a detail-oriented approach Self-starter with a team-player attitude and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems CRM/ERP experience Comfortable with a contract to hire position for the first 6 months About the Hiring Company
