Home Remodeling Salesperson
who blends consultative sales skills with a strong appreciation for residential design and construction. This is a high‑touch, relationship‑driven role for someone who enjoys guiding homeowners through meaningful renovation projects, from the first conversation to the signed agreement.
This position combines
sales leadership with design‑forward thinking
in a construction‑focused environment. You’ll manage residential remodeling opportunities from lead to close while collaborating with experienced Sales Designers and project teams.
You’ll work with homeowners throughout the
Wilmington / West Chester region , including Southern Delaware and Southern Chester Counties, helping clients envision and commit to renovation and addition projects that improve how they live.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $85,000–$95,000 (based on experience)
Commission: Earned on collected sales above a defined salary goal
Earning Potential: Top performers earn $200,000–$250,000+ annually
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available after 60 days
