Position Summary We’re seeking a

Sales Representative and Project Manager

who combines strong sales skills with hands‑on construction knowledge. This role bridges the gap between clients and production — guiding homeowners through the remodeling process while ensuring every project is executed to our companies high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with potential clients to discuss project goals, budgets, and timelines

Prepare and present detailed project estimates and proposals

Close sales and maintain strong follow‑up throughout the project lifecycle

Coordinate with design, production, and subcontractor teams to ensure smooth project execution

Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards

Serve as the main point of contact for clients from start to finish

Monitor job progress, address challenges proactively, and ensure customer satisfaction

Track and report sales metrics and project outcomes to management

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in home remodeling, renovation, or construction sales

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, materials, and terminology

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Exceptional organization and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of experience in home remodeling, renovation, or construction sales

Experience managing remodeling projects from contract to completion

Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Contractor Foreman)

Background in design/build or general contracting
