Retail Sales Associate – Part Time at ALLDATA (AutoZone). The role supports WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find the right automotive parts and solutions, maintaining inventory, and delivering a positive shopping experience. Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication. Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities. Sales & Metrics – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics. Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, follow POS procedures, and support loss prevention to ensure smooth store operations. Process Orientation & Safety – Follow structured processes, adhere to company safety policies, and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment. Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions. Qualifications
Minimum Age: At least 16 years old to apply. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise. Flexible Schedule: Availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. You’ll Go The Extra Mile If You Have
Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred. Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and ability to communicate in English and Spanish.
