Retail Sales Associate – Part Time at ALLDATA. AutoZone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! Customer Service, assisting customers with automotive parts and solutions, maintaining inventory, and providing expert guidance to drive sales and a positive retail environment. Responsibilities
Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication. Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities. Sales & Metrics – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance the customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics. Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures and loss prevention policies to ensure smooth store operations. Process Orientation & Safety – Follow structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements. Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions. Qualifications
Minimum Age: Must be at least 16 years old. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise. Flexible Schedule: Availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Preferred/You’ll Go The Extra Mile If You Have
Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred. Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English. Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail. Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification. About Us
