Overview
Retail Sales Associate – Part Time at ALLDATA Join AutoZone’s team to deliver WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find the right automotive parts and solutions. This role supports store operations, assists with product selection, and contributes to a positive, knowledgeable retail environment. Responsibilities
Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication. Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment; support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities. Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics. Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures and loss prevention policies to ensure smooth operations. Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Use structured processes to complete tasks efficiently; follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment. Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions. Qualifications
Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to apply. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise. Flexible Schedule: Availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. You’ll Go The Extra Mile If You Have
Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is preferred. Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
