Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication. Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities. Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics. Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures and loss prevention policies to ensure proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly. Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment. Product Knowledge & Installation Services – Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations. Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions. Qualifications
Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply. Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise. Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English. Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification Seniority level
