Waller-Singer Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and dynamic Automotive Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for automobiles and a strong sales acumen, with the ability to connect with customers and provide Exceptional service. As an Automotive Salesperson, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, ensuring they find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs while maximizing sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers.
Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales volume.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using sales software.
Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
Foster relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales or automotive sales is preferred but not required. We will train you!
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effectively engaging with customers.
Familiarity with inventory control processes and retail math is advantageous.
Proficiency in using sales software to manage customer data and transactions is a plus.
