We are seeking professional, hungry individuals that are looking to join a team to help grow the Kia, Chevrolet, and Mitsubishi brands and provide the level of service that our customers rely on. We are looking for individuals that have the ability to build relationships, learn a sales process, and are coachable and want to succeed in a very rewarding career. Represent the company's products and services professionally with a strong understanding of the customer's needs and wants. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals by implementing our sales process and by providing excellent customer service. Generate appointments and leads by utilizing all of the sales tools we provide as well as the ability to utilize social media and have strong communication skills over the phone and by email and texting. Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology. Complete quotes and explain financing and leasing options for new and used vehicles. Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads. Other duties may be assigned. Automotive Sales Representative Job Requirements 1+ years of experience required. Must be proficient with computers and have the ability to use the CRM software. Weekend availability is needed as well as some evening hours.
