As a Retail Keyholder, you will assist the store management team in supervising all store activities with moderate supervision. You will provide outstanding guest service, manage sales, maintain store cleanliness, and foster guest loyalty.
Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities
Provide best‑in‑class guest service: greet guests, answer questions, inform about promotions and the trade‑in program, recommend items, and apply sales behaviors.
Support the shopping environment, including visual and operational elements.
Process purchases, returns, and Omni‑Channel orders accurately via the POS system.
Answer phone calls promptly and courteously.
Promote GameStop benefits such as title reservations and Pro Rewards.
Maintain store cleanliness, including restrooms, and ensure fixtures are in working order.
Safeguard company assets through inventory control, loss prevention, and bank deposits.
Conduct store inventory counts, restock merchandise, and organize products alphabetically.
Support management in meeting sales, profit, and shrink goals; complete required administrative tasks.
Reconcile daily business transaction totals and complete closeout paperwork.
Check shipments for discrepancies, handle defectives/recalls, and process stock pulls.
Inspect associates for packages and belongings during closing.
Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates in the absence of management.
Adhere to GameStop policies, codes of conduct, opening and closing procedures.
Provide performance feedback to associates.
Qualifications
Proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
Minimum 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service or management experience preferred.
Video game knowledge preferred.
Ability to work alone, stand, and move… up to 10 hours/day.

Compensation Pay: $11.91 – $14.66 per hour.
