Event Sales Representative
to help convert inquiries into unforgettable events.
As an Event Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients planning events. You’ll guide them through our services, build custom quotes, and deliver a top‑tier customer experience from first call to contract.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and online platforms
Consult with clients on event details, budgets, and beverage service needs
Create customized proposals for bartending and liquid catering services
Upsell premium packages, specialty cocktails, staffing, and add‑ons
Track leads and activity in CRM or booking systems
Coordinate with operations and staffing teams for seamless execution
Follow up with past clients for repeat and referral business
What We’re Looking For Required
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Strong customer service and communication skill
Experience in hospitality, sales, events, or customer‑facing role
Knowledge of bartending, bar service, catering, or liquid catering
Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads
Availability for evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred
Event sales or hospitality sales experience
Familiarity with alcohol service laws and event logistics
CRM or sales software experience
Existing relationships within the DFW events industry
