In-Room Dining Server
delivers a personalized and elevated dining experience, ensuring each order is presented with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.
This role combines hospitality, efficiency, and professionalism—creating seamless in-room experiences that reflect the thoughtful service standards of the property.
Requested Tasks
Take and process in-room dining orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner
Set up trays or tables in guest rooms according to service standards
Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and presented to The Greenleigh’s standards
Provide a warm and engaging guest experience during all interactions
Retrieve trays and equipment from guest rooms and hallways promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment
Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
Handle guest requests, concerns, and special accommodations with professionalism
Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
Prior experience in food & beverage service, preferably in a hotel or upscale environment
Strong guest service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift, carry, and balance trays up to 50 pounds
Ability to push carts and move equipment throughout the property
Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive service tasks
