Availability to work
Sunday through Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
is required. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in wet environments (including occasional fishy smells), able to stand for extended periods, and flexible with scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and on‑call shifts.
What You Bring
Basic knowledge of aquatic animal care (aquarium/zoo setting preferred)
Guest service or public‑facing experience
What You’ll Do
Assist with feeding, diet prep, and daily care of marine & freshwater exhibits
Help maintain clean, healthy, and safe habitats
Deliver fun, educational presentations and interact with guests
Support interactive dive experiences and exhibit programming
Contribute to the ongoing development of aquarium displays
Follow professional standards including AZA, USDA, and company safety guidelines
Education & Qualifications Working toward a degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Marine Biology, Zoology, Psychology) or a two‑year certification from an accredited aquarium science/zoological program is preferred.

Strong communication and guest interaction skills
Positive, friendly, and service‑oriented attitude
Able to stand for long periods and work flexible hours (weekends, evenings, on‑call)
Valid Florida Driver’s License (or ability to obtain one)
Benefits & Pay Range USD $15.00/Hr.
