Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations, by displaying excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.

Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.

Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on‑brand operation.

Work a schedule that varies with business needs — including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Demonstrate results‑oriented selling skills.

Show care in written and verbal communication.

Charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.

Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.

Embrace adventure and be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays; stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.

Flexible schedule: 4 hours per month during slower periods to ~12 hours per week during peak seasons.

Provide reliable support during high‑traffic times, special events, or additional coverage needs.

Benefits Hourly wage: $16.00 – $17.60 (La‑Stage), commensurate with experience.
