Flexible Sales Associate (Part‑Time)

Work a flexible schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Demonstrated results‑oriented selling skills.

Strong communication skills in both written and verbal interactions.

Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.

Minimum age 18; must provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.

Flexible schedule willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time.

Work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.

Reliability to support and step in during high‑traffic times, special events, or for additional coverage.
