We are looking for a motivated, energetic Sales Representative to join our growing Outside Sales team.
Your role will involve prospecting and developing relationships with new and existing customers, providing solutions for workplace apparel, and ensuring their readiness for the workday.
You will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads within your territory; using our CRM to identify prospects, close new business and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
This role requires applying skills learned from the Cintas Sales Training Program—including cold‑calling, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, negotiation, objection handling, and closing.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet, and Contact Management System (CMS).
Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Prior sales experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar B2B role.
Prior new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience.
