Overview

Call center position. Hours: Part time hours that over time will turn into a full-time position. Monday and Wednesday 10 am - 6 pm Friday 8 am to 6 pm Saturday 8 am to 4 pm Responsibilities

Handling inbound and outbound calls Providing information to patients Assistance with appointment scheduling Strong verbal communication skills Familiarity with call center systems and healthcare software is beneficial Must be able to understand medical terminology and healthcare processes Qualifications

1 year of medical or hospital call center 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service role Must be bilingual of Spanish and English Speaking Benefits
