ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Own a pipeline of warm leads and build new relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvement. Match clients with the right coverage—auto, home, life, and more—so they can sleep easy. Follow up fast, clse the loop, and hit or beat monthly sales goals. Keep CRM notes tight and accurate so the whole team can deliver five‑star service.
WHAT YOU BRING:
At least one year of proven sales success. Insurance, financial services, or other consultative sales are ideal. Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or the commitment to get them within 60 days). A hunter mindset: you love targets, track your own numbers, and find ways to win every day. Solid communication skills—phone, email, text, in person. High integrity. We do right by clients even when no one’s watching
