Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer relationships; generate new leads and meet revenue goals Assist customers in selecting appropriate equipment and prepare bids, contracts, and payment processing Conduct site visits, perform equipment demonstrations, and coordinate equipment delivery with mechanics Monitor competitor activity and support local marketing efforts to increase market share Maintain accurate sales reports and customer records Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in equipment rental or construction industry (10+ years preferred) Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to learn and demonstrate equipment use; willingness to travel locally/off-island Valid driver's license; ability to pass drug test and equipment operation training (forklift/aerial lift) Computer skills (MS Office) and ability to prepare contracts and reports Ability to work extended hours as needed and perform occasional physical tasks including lifting and equipment handling
