Job Location Miramar, FL
Compensation $18–$20 per hour, BOE.
Work Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
Verify that member responsibility balances are accurate according to PCM and Brightree systems.
Handle member and health plan calls, providing accurate member responsibility balance information.
Send patient statements and process patient payments over the telephone.
Requirements
Minimum of one year of experience in medical billing services.
Ability to communicate effectively and confidentially on all levels.
Knowledge of CPT and ICD‑9 codes.
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum of one year of experience in medical billing services.
Ability to communicate effectively and confidentially on all levels.

Senior Level Entry level
