motivated Sales Representatives

Lead Generation & Prospecting
Generate new business through
door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up Respond to inbound homeowner inquiries and free estimate requests Identify potential
storm damage or aging roofs
that may require repair or replacement Consultations & Sales
Conduct
roof inspections and roof condition reports
(training provided) Meet with homeowners to explain roofing, siding, and exterior project options Educate customers on
JBL Roofing & Construction services and restoration process Present solutions and
close contracts with homeowners Insurance Claim Assistance
Help homeowners understand the
insurance claims process for storm damage Provide documentation and coordinate information needed for insurance approvals Customer Relationship Management
Maintain communication with homeowners through the sales process Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text Track leads and sales activity in the company system Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat business Team Collaboration
Work closely with project managers and operations teams Ensure smooth project scheduling and customer satisfaction Compensation
This role offers
uncapped commission with high income potential . Commission-based compensation (1099 Independent Contractor) Typical earnings:
$1,000 – $5,000+ per job Top performers can earn
