About the Role
M & M Roofing & Siding is seeking a highly driven, sales‑focused General Manager to lead and scale operations across all company locations, based out of Houston, TX. This executive leadership role holds full accountability for revenue growth, operational performance, P & L, and overall business profitability.
You will oversee sales, production, intake, and administrative teams across all branches, ensuring alignment, consistency, and performance. This is a high‑impact opportunity for a strong operator who understands how to build and scale structured sales organizations while maintaining operational excellence across multiple locations.
What You’ll Do
Management Leadership & Sales Strategy
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for all M & M Roofing & Siding locations.
- Drive top‑line revenue growth through structured sales processes, accountability, and performance management.
- Develop, coach, and mentor Area Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, Intake Coordinators, and Office Leaders.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, KPI tracking, and revenue target achievement across the organization.
- Partner with corporate leadership on strategic growth initiatives and expansion planning.
- Maintain full P&L ownership across all locations, including sales, revenue, margins, EBITDA, and operating expenses.
Sales Performance & Market Growth
- Build and scale high‑performing, commission‑driven sales teams.
- Standardize pipeline management, CRM usage, sales benchmarks, and closing practices across all branches.
- Monitor conversion rates, sales velocity, and revenue performance by location.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand roofing and siding services.
- Strengthen relationships with referral partners, insurance carriers, general contractors, and vendors.
Operational Excellence, Accountability & Safety
- Implement performance dashboards with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting by branch.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Hold all employees, subcontractors, and vendors to the highest standard of safety and operational accountability.
- Align sales and production teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Culture & Customer Experience
- Build a performance‑driven culture rooted in accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Partner with HR on recruiting, onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Represent M & M Roofing & Siding as a market leader throughout its operating regions.
What You’ll Bring
- Must have 5+ years of executive or senior Sales leadership experience in Residential Roofing, Siding, or Construction operations.
- Must have proven success driving multi‑location revenue growth and managing sales teams.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership across multiple branches or regions.
- Strong experience managing subcontractors and overseeing high‑volume production operations.
- Deep technical knowledge of roofing and siding systems, installation practices, and building codes.
- Experience with CRM and operational platforms to track pipeline, revenue, and performance metrics.
- Strong financial acumen and data‑driven decision‑making ability.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations as needed.
- Experience with AccuLynx, GAF QuickMeasure, CompanyCam, and EagleView strongly preferred.
