Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Used Car Sales Consultant to support our growing pre‑owned vehicle business. You’ll guide customers through the purchase process, evaluate trade‑ins, and maximize volume and profitability. What We Offer
Expected yearly salary is between $50,000 - $150,000

What You’ll Do
Welcome and engage customers while identifying needs and vehicle preferences
Present pre‑owned and Certified Pre‑Owned (CPO) inventory
Explain vehicle history, inspection process, warranties, and pricing
Conduct trade‑in evaluations and collaborate with the Used Car Manager
Negotiate pricing, financing, and terms to reach mutually beneficial deals
Maintain accurate CRM follow‑up practices and customer records
Achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets
Build long‑term relationships for repeat and referral business
What You Bring
Previous automotive or used car sales experience strongly preferred
Strong negotiation, closing, and customer service skills
Familiarity with KBB, NADA, and other valuation tools
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Preferred Skills
Certified Pre‑Owned sales experience
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
Experience at a franchised dealership
