Overall Job Summary
The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Responsibilities include:
Maintaining regular attendance and working varied shifts.
Communicating proactively with your supervisor.
Completing planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
Maintaining visual merchandise standards and performing store measurements.
Performing store-specific tasks such as cycle counts, signage hanging, and fixture assembly.
Providing legendary customer service through GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value.
Ensuring a positive shopping experience that sets us apart from the competition.
Supporting additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Skills & Abilities Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. Ability to work independently, handle issues ethically, and resolve conflicts effectively.
Working Conditions Primarily inside with moderate noise, shifts typically no less than 4 hours, may involve travel between stores, and require adherence to safety guidelines.
Physical Requirements Ability to travel, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2000 pounds with equipment, and perform various physical activities throughout the shift.
