The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. Responsibilities include: Maintaining regular attendance and working varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Completing planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and on time. Performing store-specific measurements, cycle counts, and signage hanging. Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Ensuring visual merchandise standards and planogram integrity. Delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Understand needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value. Providing coverage during peak times and performing other assigned duties. Qualifications: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential. Skills and Abilities: Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and self-direction. Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, operating equipment, and traveling between store locations. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: Indoor and outdoor work with moderate noise, varying shifts, and travel required.
