Job Overview The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Member is responsible for traveling within an assigned district to perform tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. They will interact with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.
Essential Duties
Maintain attendance and work varied shifts, including overtime as needed.
Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding work progress and issues.
Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
Perform store measurements, cycle counts, and signage hanging.
Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
Ensure planogram integrity and deliver excellent customer service following GURA principles.
Provide coverage during peak times and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license. Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Skills and Abilities
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and self-direction.
Working Conditions
Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
Travel between store locations using personal vehicle.
Physical activity including lifting, reaching, standing, and operating equipment.
Physical Requirements
Travel as needed, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and operate store equipment.
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, reach overhead, and handle merchandise safely.
