Overall Job Summary The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain regular attendance and work varied hours as needed.
Communicate proactively with supervisors about work progress and issues.
Complete planograms, resets, store layout initiatives, and cycle counts accurately and timely.
Hang signage, assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value & Appreciate.
Ensure a positive shopping experience that differentiates from competitors.
Provide coverage during peak times and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
Preferred Skills and Abilities
Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding strongly preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
Self-directed with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions
Primarily indoor with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
Shifts vary, often 4+ hours, with travel between stores using personal vehicle.
Adherence to safety guidelines is essential.
Physical Requirements
Travel as needed; lift/move merchandise up to 50 lbs; operate store equipment.
Stand, kneel, reach overhead, and perform physical tasks throughout shifts.
Operate vehicles and perform store tasks safely.
