Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment. Experience in B2B sales, technology solutions, and account management is highly desirable. Duties

Manage and navigate product demos with prospective customers

Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery through close

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing accounts

Effectively communicate SalesDraft’s value proposition and ROI

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and customer success

Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or technical sales roles

We Need Closers!! Know how to overcome objections, have sales training and know how to close.

Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

Business development expertise with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Proficiency in HubSpot or other CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales pipelines

Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly

Knowledge of marketing strategies that support sales initiatives

Ability to conduct effective warm calling campaigns and follow‑up activities

Leadership qualities with the ability to influence decision‑makers at various levels within client organizations

Strong interpersonal skills combined with strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities
