Job Overview
As an Ambassador of the Maison, he/she achieves and exceeds sales targets as directed by management and proactively develops his/her client portfolio. He/she ensures a unique client experience throughout all touch points and is an active participant in the daily operations of the boutique.
Key Responsibilities Sales Achievement
Consistently achieve and/or exceed the monthly sales target, as directed by management.
Ensure each client receives outstanding customer service by greeting, acknowledging, and maintaining high standards, solid product knowledge, and all other components of customer service before, during, and after sales.
Include after-sales support if a Cartier after-sales area or staff is not available.
Adapt the approach according to client needs and motivations.
Negotiate and handle objections with ease.
Support after-sales clients in accordance with Maison values, acting as a referent and providing recommendations for an exceptional client experience.
Remain current on industry news and competitor activity.
Client Relationship Management
Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives, partnering with management to develop a plan for clients and prospects.
Capture client data for follow-up accurately, using available tools.
Resolve client issues and concerns, escalating to management as needed.
Partner with management to support in-store and off-site events and networking.
Daily Boutique Operations
Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for the Group, Maison and boutique.
Assist with daily set-up and breakdown, communicating maintenance issues.
Help with merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock.
Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts to prepare for audits.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Job Profile Education
College degree preferred.
Required Experience
Work Saturdays and Sundays consistently, plus one weekday.
2 to 5 years of previous luxury retail experience.
Technical Skills
Work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Computer and internet savvy.
MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
Personal Skills/Abilities
Additional language skills are a plus.
General knowledge of timepiece movements preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks precisely.

Self-starter with team-player approach.
Available for retail hours including weekends; ready to travel for training, client events, conferences.
