As an Apartments.com Sales Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that operates as a strategic digital‑marketing partner to the multifamily industry. You will advise and sell clients marketing solutions that enable them to achieve their goals, prospect new clients, and grow existing accounts by developing new marketing solutions.

All new Sales Associates receive extensive classroom and field training to build market credibility, represent the brand, and achieve career success.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities using CoStar Group’s market data and identify upsell and renewal opportunities with current customers.

Build and maintain trusted client relationships and grow revenue.

Develop subject‑matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, multifamily real‑estate, and market trends.

Partner with cross‑functional teams to drive sales revenue and provide exceptional customer service.

Deliver outstanding customer support through regular communication and market insights.

Basic Qualifications

Three or more years of outside B2B sales experience in digital marketing, advertising sales, or the multifamily industry.

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative environment.

Strong commitment and integrity.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive for extended periods.

Completion of a driving record check prior to start.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or four years of multifamily, digital marketing (ILS) experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Ability to analyze data and use market metrics to make strategic recommendations.

Flexible and adaptable to a high‑growth environment.

Self‑starter who works well independently and within a team, highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Experience managing the full customer lifecycle and pipeline.

Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Evidence of strong academic performance.

Access to motor vehicle at start date.

Compensation Base salary range: $65,000 – $75,000 plus commission and benefits.
