As part of the nation’s leading boutique Pilates franchise, our studio in Indian Trail is on a mission to make Pilates accessible, empowering, and life-changing for every body and every person.
Now, we're looking for a dynamic
Sales Representative
who’s ready to bring that mission to life in our growing local community.
What You'll Do As the first point of contact for prospective members, you'll be the welcoming face and enthusiastic voice of Club Pilates Indian Trail. From introducing curious leads to celebrating new member milestones, you'll guide people into a wellness journey that could truly change their lives.
Your day-to-day will include:
Engaging new leads and converting them into excited, active members
Hosting studio tours and promoting our signature free Intro Classes
Building relationships through email, phone, and in-person conversations
Representing the Club Pilates brand at community events, local markets, and business partnerships in Indian Trail and surrounding areas
Collaborating with our tight-knit team on creative outreach and marketing initiatives
Managing leads, tasks, and member details using our CRM system (experience with ClubReady is a plus!)
Supporting member retention through stellar customer service and consistent follow-up
What You Bring to the Table
A
passion for fitness and wellness , especially helping others take charge of their health
Previous experience in
sales, customer service , or hospitality (fitness industry is a bonus!)
A natural communicator who’s confident, persuasive, and great at building rapport
A
go-getter mindset —you love hitting (and beating) your goals
A team player who thrives in a fun, collaborative studio environment
Comfortable with technology and scheduling tools (ClubReady familiarity is a plus)
Availability on evenings and weekends
to connect with our community during prime hours
