Location Lehigh Acres, based in Fort Myers, Florida.
Responsibilities
Receive, record, and sort donations to process through the Kaizen system.
Ensure full compliance with Kaizen guidelines, audit procedures, and 5‑minute drills.
Meet or exceed set production goals with a focus on process improvement and increased productivity.
Assist in all areas of the production process and cross‑train to cover other specified duties as needed.
Perform additional duties such as donation attendant, merchandising, cleaning, and other tasks instructed by supervisors.
Required Experience High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred.
Required Skills
Mobility to turn, lean, kneel, or bend to perform processing tasks in backroom or sales floor.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently and for continuous periods.
Sort donations according to the Kaizen system and follow processing and pricing guidelines.
Basic math skills and ability to see and recognize colors.
Stamina to stand for long periods and occasional work in variable temperatures and climates.
Salary $14.00 per hour.
